Overview: What a season it’s been for Rob Gronkowski. The second year tight end has set NFL records in receiving yards by a tight end (1327 yards) and receiving touchdowns by a tight end (17). Gronkowski, or “Gronk” as he is often called, was also named as a First-team All-Pro. He continued his incredible Regular Season into the Playoffs where he tied an NFL record against the Denver Broncos with three receiving touchdowns. However, things didn’t go according to plan for Gronkowski in the AFC Championship Game. He was held to five catches for 87 yards and was forced to leave the game with an ankle injury. However, Gronkowski should be fit to play in the Super Bowl and so expect to see him have a big game against the Giants defense.
